Episode 55: “There’s No Leaving Now”, “Prometheus” & Top 5 Folk Albums

This week Adam & Simon wheel out the old rack torture mechanism as we try to keep up with The Tallest Man on Earth and his new folk record “There’s No Leaving Now”, we get bogged down in symbology, iconography and c-sections as we discuss Ridley Scott’s return to the science fiction realm with “Prometheus” and we give our Top 5 Folk Albums. Enjoy!

  1. Gentlemen.

I hesitate to bring this to your attention lest I be the subject of ridicule on the podcast, but I feel I must:

The phrase “in lieu of” means “instead of”. You use it incorrectly EVERY SINGLE WEEK and it’s starting to really grind my gears.

    Please remedy this post-haste.

    Your friend in time,
    Bradley J. Dixon
